Wearing sunglasses can be cute, but their job is to protect your eyes from ultraviolet rays. When buying new sunglasses, look for products that block 99 to 100 percent of UV-A and UV-B radiation.
Next, when inserting or removing contact lenses, be sure your hands are thoroughly clean to avoid infection. Always wash thoroughly before handling any contact lenses. You should disinfect said lenses as instructed before use, too.
